Frigomundo Customs Services is dedicated to handling all formal customs-related business in order to ensure smooth import, export and transhipment.
We manage the temporary clearance of transit goods.
We are in the possession of all the required permits for simplified regulations and automated systems. Our connections to the customs authorities ensure we can represent your interests as a customer on an ongoing basis. We have also been granted AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) status, which means containers can be handled even more quickly by Customs.’
Documents
We are familiar with all procedures involved in obtaining the required documents, including the drafting of Common Entry Documents, coordination of physical checks, and transport of full containers from the Port of Rotterdam to our site under cover of a T1 document. We also make sure the transit documents are cleared in a timely manner.
Import
We handle your import declarations from Frigomundo’s Entrepot-C. These declarations can be processed efficiently thanks to the automated customs systems, provided we have the correct information about your goods. We will also apply for and manage any licences which may be required for import.
Transhipment
Since Frigomundo manages the transhipment of goods using the NCTS (New Computerised Transit System), your goods can be transferred to a location designated by you under cover of a T1 document.
